How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Your complimentary consultation is designed to help you explore your options in a relaxed, pressure-free way. We'll talk through your goals, assess your features, and recommend a personalised plan that feels right for you.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation advice may vary depending on your medical history and the treatment being considered. As a general guide:
- Arrive with clean skin and minimal makeup where possible.
- Avoid vigorous exercise and excessive heat exposure, such as saunas, immediately before your appointment.
- Some medications, supplements and alcohol may increase the likelihood of bruising. If relevant, this will be discussed during your consultation.
Anna will provide personalised advice based on your individual circumstances and treatment plan.
Will I still look natural?
Treatment plans are tailored to each individual following a consultation and clinical assessment. Many clients seek a refreshed appearance while maintaining their natural features. During your consultation, we'll discuss your goals, treatment options and what outcomes may be achievable for you.
How many units will I need?
In your consultation, we'll look at how your facial muscles move and their natural strength, then talk through your goals to work out the most suitable dosing for you.
Xeomin is $11 to $13 per unit. You'll receive a personalised quote before any treatment begins.
What's the difference between NCTF and Sunekos?
Both are injectable skin boosters designed to support hydration and overall skin quality.
NCTF 135 HA focuses on glow, hydration and refined texture. Sunekos is designed to support collagen and elastin, and is often chosen for delicate or dehydrated areas.
Your consultation will help work out which option best suits your skin goals.
What are the possible risks and side effects?
All cosmetic procedures carry potential risks and side effects. These will vary depending on the treatment being considered and your individual circumstances. Anna will discuss the relevant risks, benefits, expected outcomes and aftercare requirements during your consultation as part of the informed consent process.
Will it hurt?
Most clients describe the treatments as very tolerable. You may feel small pinches or pressure in certain areas, but appointments are kept calm and unhurried, and we take our time so you feel comfortable throughout.
If you're feeling nervous, we can talk through what to expect during your consultation so you feel fully prepared.
How often do I need maintenance treatments?
For both NCTF 135 HA and Sunekos, maintenance sessions are generally recommended every 4 to 6 months to support ongoing skin vitality and quality.
What is included in the combination packages?
Meso Glow and Signature Glow each include a course of three skin booster treatments plus Xeomin given in a single session. Dosing is personalised during your consultation, aiming for natural, balanced results.
Lip and Eye Refresh combines a course of three NCTF 135 HA treatments with a course of three Bacio Lips treatments.
Packages are subject to consultation.
Do I need downtime?
Most clients return to normal activities shortly after treatment. We'll provide personalised aftercare guidance during your appointment.
