Who we are

This website is run by Anna Hammond, trading as Peaches Aesthetics, 1C Parata Street, Waikanae. This notice explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

It covers this website, online bookings, and texts and emails you send us. It does not cover the health information collected at your consultation and treatment. Anna will explain how that is handled at your appointment.

This website

This website has no forms. Our own pages do not set cookies, but the Google services below do.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver this website and protect it from misuse.

The Home and Contact pages show a Google Map. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, under Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location, under Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab).

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites, and it does not identify individual visitors.

Online bookings are made through Aesthetic Nurse Software's booking portal. Information you enter there is handled under their privacy policy, and is shared with us so we can manage your appointment.

Texts and emails

If you text or email us, we use your details only to reply to you and to manage your appointments.

Where information is stored

Google, Cloudflare and Aesthetic Nurse Software may store information outside New Zealand.
